| Champlain Valley Cohousing asked us to work with them and Kraus-Fitch Architects in designing their 24 family cohousing project in Charlotte. We have worked with them, the Planning Commission, and state and federal regulatory officials to design a model community oriented around a village green & a pedestrian street while protecting farmland & wildlife habitat. |

| We led the extensive local and state permitting process. Due to the thoroughness and completeness of our Act 250 application, we received an Act 250 Permit as a minor application which has not occurred before on a project this size. |
